Linda,
I just saw the artical in the Realtor magazine and saw that you use google maps, I think it is great and my site geek was actually in the process of updating the site with google/micrsoft maps! I also saw that you vacation on cruises and write it off because they offer cont. education on the cruise ship......is this something you must request prior to your cruise like a video tape or something like that??? I have been to tax seminars before and I know they have mentioned it! I also like to have parties and if you have your guest bring a donation or contribution for a donation, you can write it off due to it being a "charity event". Anyway, it looks like you have done some great things to your site and hope you do well with the real estate market in Raleigh!

Thank you Jason for your words of wisdom. I know you are absolutely right. We need a vacation and my Team really amazes me anytime I am out of the office. I think they love to say "no we don't need you, everything is fine".

I had someone ask me today when do you plan to retire and I answered when I die. He siad you may change your mind about that so always plan to retire. Two messages about work in one day. I had better listen up and pay attention.

Thank you for taking time to write. I hope you have a great day.

Linda,
I understand your situation. I love my job and success is an addiction but I once heard an expression that I carry close to my heart: "Work to live, don't live to work." I know it's easier said than done but after spending a day with my 2 y/o son Tyler, I can get 3 days worth of work done in 2. Take your vacation. Your team is too good to lose any ground while you are gone. I bet they'll even surprise you!
