I also saw that you vacation on cruises and write it off because they offer cont. education on the cruise ship......is this something you must request prior to your cruise like a video tape or something like that??? I have been to tax seminars before and I know they have mentioned it! I also like to have parties and if you have your guest bring a donation or contribution for a donation, you can write it off due to it being a "charity event". Anyway, it looks like you have done some great things to your site and hope you do well with the real estate market in Raleigh! Linda,

I love my job and success is an addiction but I once heard an expression that I carry close to my heart: "Work to live, don't live to work." I know it's easier said than done but after spending a day with my 2 y/o son Tyler, I can get 3 days worth of work done in 2. Take your vacation.
