Unfortunately they are holding themselves back from moving on and it's not about the $50.00 to change the paint. The homeowners are being emotional, but their emotions won't be the same as the buyers when it comes to the sponge painted rooms. I know it's hard to lose that listing, but maybe after another 6 months on the market they will be willing to change and give you a call. I just hate to think about all the money lost to price reductions and monthly payments Linda, This is a perfect example of poor advice and people’s unwillingness to change.
