Many Wake County home sellers share the false belief that nothing happens during the holidays and decide last quarter of every year to wait until January or spring to list their homes for sale. Come January and spring there will be a flood of new listings hitting the Raleigh real estate market which will increase your competition. We will list more homes per day in January than we will in April. Our advice is to kick that false belief to the curb and stay in the market right now.
