Linda Craft & Team : Supporting Law Enforcement

Our listing manager, Brenda Miller has been a part of our team for 15 years and has a strong connection to law enforcement as her husband – Randy Miller – is a retired police officer. Randy will be riding his bike over 447 miles this week from Raleigh to Washington DC to honor the service and sacrifice of his law enforcement colleagues and family members who have died in the line of duty.

Each May since 2009, Brenda’s husband Randy and his colleagues participate in an annual bicycle trek to Washington, DC. Team Raleigh of Law Enforcement United (LEU) left the Raleigh Memorial on May 6 and will ride 3 days to Chesapeake, VA where they will meet up with the rest of LEU groups to continue the last 3 days to DC. The routes total 447+ miles long. The LEU membership is also comprised of logistical support including motor escorts, medical staff, food, hotel, and transportation support team members who support each of these riders during the three day journey. The officers and survivors also ride to raise awareness of and provide monetary support to Concerns of Police Survivors© (C.O.P.S.) and Officer Down Memorial Page© (O.D.M.P.).

To learn more about Raleigh’s efforts, visit their Memorial Foundation. We are proud to have our team members supporting such worthy and important causes. Supporting spouses and children of family members who have died in the line of duty is quite an honor. Our team thanks all law enforcement officials for your continued service.

Here at Linda Craft & Team, REALTORS we support our local law enforcement and the families behind them. Come out May 31 to the 919 MusicFest where all proceeds will go to 200 Club of Wake County who provides financial support to immediate families of fallen law enforcement.
