Our State Farmers Market Festival is tomorrow, (Thursday July 12th) fro
m 11am-1pm. Feel free to stop by and enjoy a free ear of corn or a watermelon slice. The day’s activities will include a Corn Eating Contest, a Corn Shucking Contest, and an Animal Sounds Contest for kids ages 12 and under.
(Limit 30 entries per contest)
The NC Watermelon Queen will greet visitors and promote NC Watermelons. If you are in the area please stop by and also tell your family and friends to come out and enjoy all the Goodness that Grows in NC!! And remember it’s “got to be NC Agriculture”!!
