American Red Cross Annual Ball on April 18th
At Linda Craft & Team Realtors, one of the things we are most passionate about is building up our local communities, the communities we sell houses in, through charitable engagement with those in need. One of the ways we do this is by supporting our local chapter of the American Red Cross, who is hosting their 24th annual ball next month on April 18th at 6:00PM at the North Ridge Country Club in North Raleigh. There will be a silent and live auction, great food, an open bar and even a live band!
Service is a core value of Linda and our Team
Through the years, I have supported many other charities in sponsorship such as Hospice, Note in the Pocket, March of Dimes, Saving Grace, Second Chance Pet Adoption, and Bark in the Park. I’m excited to serve as co-chair of the Red Cross Annual Ball and I truly believe it is one of the greatest and most effective charities not just in North Carolina but throughout the world. Earlier this spring, our local chapter responded to sixty fires and other home devastations with blankets, food, clothing, shoes, and resources for those who had just lost everything. They also feed and support firefighters and law enforcement, making sure everyone has what they need to do their job effectively. They are the first civilian responders in all types of catastrophes and are always there to lend a helping hand no matter what that looks like.
By supporting the American Red Cross, you are touching an innumerable amount of lives. Our chapter along has over 4,000 volunteers who touch hundreds of lives each year. It is truly a spectacular way to give back to the local community such that people’s lives are improved and replenished when disaster strikes.
American Red Cross is there for all
In a way, I feel as though the Red Cross is serving on the other side of the coin as we are. Linda Craft & Team Realtors places people in homes and help provide them with a setting for all of their life’s most important moments—love, family, and their pursuit of the American dream. Red Cross is there when things don’t go as planned, when things fall apart, to help families put the pieces back together and get them back on their feet on the road to happiness and safety.
Service is one of our core values, and by supporting the American Red Cross we are supporting much needed services to the communities we live and work in.
